i tried the free trial of the above and i actually liked it, Hence i am looking for anyone who could possibly assist

if you just going to use Video editing & pretty much not touch any vector graphics then use DaVinci resolve. Especially if you just getting into it, it's a phenomenal piece of software that is free (paid perpetual license, but only necessary if you are using the software enough to prompt the use of it.

You wont get premier pro for a once of payment. Its all subscription based. like @Toy Machine said, get davinci resolve, its awesome!
