Condition: Was working when I pulled it from my pc at the time, many, many moons ago.
Location: Cape Town CBD
Shipping: If taker really, really wants to, then yeah sure. Cost on taker.
I can't remember where I got this contraption, but I used it off and on to watch a bit of TV.

The Creative thingy appears to have disappeared. Perhaps the wife has recycled it.
