I recently got Fibre installed with Urban Connect, Vuma came to install the line on Tuesday 28 Nov
All necessary lights on the VUMA ONT are all green (Power, PON, LAN 1)
Then connected to the internet port of a Cudy Ax1800 router
The issue is I have no internet, the technician is saying that everything is up on VUMATEL and nothing seems wrong but now I logged into the router and ran a diagnostic and it says "The WAN (INTERNET) port is connected but no IP Address is obtained
I know nix about Fibre so any help would be appreciated
