Hi All

My power supply for my laptop is on its way out. Frequently disconnects and i got to play around with it to re-connect. Its not the original powers supply in any case. I'm considering buying a universal one because getting an original one will be difficult and expensive. any recommendations or warnings? The current one is rate 20V, 2A I think. It's a gigabyte laptop and has Nvidia 1050 if that's relevant.

Knowing for exactly which laptop is it will help

Think should be more amps if it's got a gpu like the 1050ti as that gives it only 40watt.and would think around 90watt psu but not less then 65w

Lol I completely forgot to look at the wattage of the current one. I will check up on that tonight.

Check with a company called Laptop Solutions they maybe able to help you.

According to spec sheet it is 120W which means its probably a 6A power supply required. I need to double check what my current charger states.
