Thanx Ms Viv. It worked! Since when are we only allowed to do 1 iTrader per 10hrs? Is this for 1 user or multiple users?

That is for 1 user, you can only submit 1 feedback for a user in 10 hours. The feedback config is set so that you can give 12 feedbacks in 24 hours.
