Hey guys any feedback on this fix? It’s seriously annoying as Carb posts take up so much space on the app.

Tapatalk needs to die in fire. We only still have it because a few people insist on using it but the reasoning escapes me. The mobile site is more featureful, better looking and isn't buggy.

So with regards to tapatalk issues: We don't even have settings in the addon that manages anything. The addon just picks up on the settings applied to the rest of the site. No one else is getting multiple notifications so it's not something that is site wide. There is a large movement of forums away from tapatalk for a variety of good reasons but the one I like to focus on is that you don't get the quality of experience the owners of their sites would like you to have. The percentage of users using tapatalk is actually quite small with about 85 - 90 % of our traffic being desktop use.

Understood however they are the sole person in the market that does this. Things that outweigh desktop and mobile sites are purely subscriptions and notifications along with not having an email inbox flooded by mail for posts. It seems to be the only way to get the issue resolved which is fine and at the end of the day I fully understand the reasons to get away from Tapatalk as a company, forum owners have horror stories with them.

If it’s down to that then I’ll have to also adjust my ways, I use it purely to monitor Sub forums for items that I’m interested in and strike the deal, if selling items however I almost always use the desktop site.

Thanks for the feedback tho it is generally appreciated.
