I'm work tired today, but managed to push through the first 5 or so stages. It blows my mind how they've kept to the original Mario, but incorporating the same type of control system that Mario Odyssey has. I just instinctively bashed buttons like I do in Odyssey and bam, same moves. Love it so far.

Yeah it's great, man.. Not surprised it was up for GOTY.

It's a pleasure to play and each level feels so unique.
Some are fu%^#%ng ballaches though, so hard.. but the challenge isn't overwhelming that you rage quit.

Great to hear. First impressions so far is money well spent. The fact that this game is 9/10 at all major Gamer Agencies is proof enough as well.
