Yeah they like to be obscure, but I often find them really clever after I've solved it. Also have to be thinking American at all times!

It's just patience. You have to keep guessing all words you can find until you hit a blue. Sometimes you have to do that multiple times before you figure out the theme.

To put it into perspective, some days it'll take me like the whole day, doing 5min at a time whenever I have a break. If you want to blast through and finish in one go you're going to have a bad time.
