Someone near Durbanville to test my CPU?

Hey guys is there anyone near Durbanville that can test my i7 6700k I just want to make sure it's not faulty.

Busy struggling to get it running. My mb light shows a red light for the CPU. So either I connected everything wrong or it's busted...

Would appreciate the help.
