Hey everyone, I urgently need advice on a recent sale I made on Carbonite.
Context:
I sold my GPU which was in full working order, I ran benchmarks and did stress tests as well as tested out a few games (warrhunder, apex legends and warzone 2.0)
When the buyer tested the card on his machine there were some artifacts that looked like it could be a driver error but he managed to fix that but then a weird blue box appears on his screen before the system posts and when it does boot the graphics look good without any issue
I don't know how to handle this situation, I could offer a refund but I don't know if the buyer damged the card or if there is another issue with his system that's causing this problem, he did test it with another GPU and the problem went away however I have never seen this issue on my system
Is there a protocol in place for this situation?
What would an amicable outcome be for both the buyer and seller?
