2x Hynix DDR2 512Mb (matched pair) looks like THIS
1x Samsung DDR3 2Gb (1066MHz) looks like THIS
1x Micron DDR3 2Gb (1333MHz) looks like THIS
The 2 DDR3 SODIMMs were used together in the same laptop.
