Hi. Just a query. I bought a cell phone from a reseller, I bought the phone 27 December 2021, and now the Sim1 is blocked. The phone is blacklisted on ITC now. Who's problem is this if the Add said cash phone? I don't want to get the sellers details as yet as I don't want to make trouble just yet.

It's the reseller's problem. Did you bring up the issue with him?

Considering I gave a reseller a warning for missing 41 ratings, I'm not even surprised at this stage

I did bring it up with reseller. Helped to a point but now I he says, is unfortunately nothing he can do further. Gave me who he might have bought the phone from but only a Name no number.

I dont see this deal in your iTrader?

I did not do I-Trader as I left feedback on the sellers website and not Carb. Sorry not normal of me to miss that

Did you buy the phone via Carbonite or their website?

Then you have one of 2 options. Leave it and go on with your life or create a bad deal thread naming the reseller (and maybe we can resolve the issue). I don't have a lot of information to go on, but this isn't how we treat people on Carbonite, the reseller needs to come to the party.
