Support Ban due to spam without having posted

Good day, I receive an error message that my account has been banned due to spam. The account was created yesterday and I browsed for about half an hour yesterday looking for specific pc parts but I have never posted in a thread.

Perhaps I understood something incorrectly? Or perhaps it is my non German IP Address being blocked?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

User is banned
No matching spam trigger logs were found.

@C1-10p_per yes it's due to your German IP. Not sure if you know, but we're in South Africa.
