Support Banned Account

[Jez_D_Roronoa]

Hi
A few years ago I had an account with the username Jez_D_Roronoa to which I set up 2 step verification, the device I set it up with is no longer in use and I couldn't log back in so I decided to set up a second account with the username J.D.R to which it got banned due to a duplicate account.

Could someone help me sort out any one of those accounts?

User is banned
No matching spam trigger logs were found.
