Hope you are well. Only reason I have created a duplicate account is because my phone with Google Authenticator and back up codes was stolen, and I cannot get into my original account: "CurfewBreaker2021" and I do not know how to regain access to it.

The same way you queried your ban. You contact support.

There is NO reason for duplicate accounts: Duplicate accounts - STOP not even for 2FA | Support Forum

Accounts merged and unbanned. 2FA disabled and password reset sent.
