Could I please get clarity on the reason for the ban so that I can rectify?
The hint suggests spam, however I am not sure what is meant by that? Is it email spam, if so to what email address? Is it chat spam, if so what was the post and what was said, this is important because that may be a breach of my account?
I could not find an email notification, was one sent?
