Support Request to cancel reseller subscription

A few months ago I subscribed for a reseller tag. Last month I decided that I did not need it anymore so I attempted to cancel the subscription. On PayPal it doesn't show Carbonite as an automatic payment for some reason so I unlinked my card from my PayPal account. I even cancelled the card itself but this month I was still billed for the subscription. I want to cancel it but since it doesn't show up at all on PayPal ( even in recent payments) I have no idea how to.
