Support Rejected for Shared IP with Yellow Lotus

Hi there,

I seem to have been lumped in with somebody else called YellowLotus.

I've never used this platform before so don't understand where this is coming from. I've tried from three different IP's and still receive the same message so somehow it must be associating it with my username.

Can somebody help?
