Support Request to unban account

I hope this message finds you well.

I see that I've been banned a while ago because of having two accounts on the system.

I do apologise for violating the terms of service. The only reason I've done so is that I forgot I've already signed up another account.

I would like to request removing one of my accounts (mr.wistful@gmail.com) from the site, and reinstate the other as unbanned. The reason being that I've never posted anything to sell - services, products, nor reviews - on this site on either account. This makes it impossible to have committed any type of illegality except for violating the terms of service.
