BEFORE you create a support thread, make sure you followed all the steps in this guide, Giving iTrader/Feedback on the new forum | Guides, Stickies and Useful Stuff.
If you still have an issue/error, submit a thread WITH the following information:
- A before screenshot (Before as in before you submit the feedback so we can see what you are trying to submit)
- A after screenshot (After as in after you submit the feedback, the error message basically)
