I do not know where this PSU came from, might have been from a shop or reseller, just don't know. A former colleague bought this unit and installed it, note the scratches and scuffs from being installed and uninstalled a number of times. He said that it did not work on his system, it would post then shutdown on Windows loading. I am unsure of his config at the time, might have been a X58 based system. For whatever reason, he could not get it to work with his system. It was then passed on to me. I tested this PSU on my old AMD Phenom system (with GTX 680 I think) and had no issues. I tested it again last night (18-03-2023) on a system with a i5-4590 and a low power GPU. System booted fine, played some games then shutdown. This PSU has

I do not have the original packaging, the tote thing. I do have the foam bit from the bottom, the parts tray and the antivibration rubber thingamajig, all of the modular cables (peripheral and PCI-E).

There was a JonnyGuru review of this PSU, was ok, as in it did not explode but did not hold on to that 80+ Gold rating throughout all of the testing. But Jonny's testing was always more rigorous that the 80+ peoples. Apparently the v2 of this PSU was way better. Also take this whole line with a grain of salt.
