Pokemon X/Y/OR/AS - Ditto

Hi all

I recently started playing Y after throwing 100+ hours into SoulSilver.
I've read somewhere that you only find wild Ditto's near the E4 of X/Y, would there be any Carby with X/Y/OR/AS willing to donate me a Ditto please?
I'm not into perfect IV's so a plain old Ditto would be much appreciated.

Should anyone be so generous I'll give you my FriendCode and we can WiFi trade?
