Ping is OK, mostly. Serious ping spikes sometimes which can be lol I am dead.

Me and my CSGO mates played this almost exclusively for a month, only now coming back for the occasional comp when we get tired of losing. Or winning, snigger.

Bought at full price. Worth every f cent. NOT a wait for a special game.

Interesting, the M249 LMG can use a STANAG magazine instead of a belt feeder, that would be cool, roll out with STANAG 60's in the M249.

Yeah it does, until the enemy is right in front of you and you go ham only to die first. I often walk into a house, hear an enemy in the same house moving around and they haven't heard me come in. I try wait for them to come down and I always die in those situations. Even though I had some advantage

Lol same here. I can do the patience thing and medium to long range fights, but suck at close quarters.

I try and avoid close quarters due to the ping but if needs be I open fire like a mofo when someone is around the corner or coming around the corner.

OMW.... how did I not discover this game sooner. Last weekend I totally lost it with CSGO after hitting DMG I thought I must at least be LE. My streak was as follows: 10W-2L-7W-1L-6W-2L almost top fragged most games and had in excess of 5 MVPs in most games, I even played against guys from energy and bravado so these were not low ranked games. So for now CSGO I bid you ad due. Anyway I managed to get PUBG on Thursday last week watched a pretty good beginners guide covering all the basics and decided to give it a shot. After about 6 games I managed to break the top 50 and by Friday almost every other game of mine has been in the top 10, I have been 2 (so nerve racking when the circle closed and I was forced out in the open) , 3, 4, 7, 8, 9. Absolutely loads of fun I can easily see this replacing CSGO as my main game. Love the tactical/strat side of this game! Bought my 3 crates and sold them, much more viable than csgo crates at 50c a pop

Wow, I'm sure they will definitely allow for custom servers once the game is officially released. Pity they still cannot get local servers. Although I haven't noticed ping being an issue on Europe servers. I probably die too quickly anyways.

Currently the servers run on amazon hosting which we don’t have in Africa. They have said though that they are working on migrating their servers to other hosting platforms that we do have. We will probably get servers at full release.

I don't play PUBG that often anyways so it doesn't bother me that much. I tend to play a few games then I get over being killed and decide to play something else.

I also intended to play with friends and we all seemed to move onto Warframe so busy playing that at the moment. We will likely return at some point.....maybe.....although I am really enjoying Warframe at the moment.

I played PUBG with a 980ti last night and it was so much better with tons of VRAM.
Seriously, the game is very inefficient so throwing VRAM at it makes a world of difference.

My girl watched Netflix and I played PUBG no problem on a 4meg line.

Over the weekend while waiting for a few mates to finish their game, I decided to attempt to solo a squad server... Not my brightest idea but sure enough was feasting on chicken dinner 30minutes later.

Also realised I was in the top 7000 for eu fpp squads, which took me by surprise, without grinding for stats and just playing with any bob or sally that was keen.

So cheaters will keep cheating, Pubg will keep bragging about their copies sold and the circle will continue.
