In Dec 2018 I PIF something but till this day I never took interest in anything so I could benefit.

If there was something would I have to PIF something first, again, to be eligible to make use of that facility or I am good for a freebie?

If there is a time limit to something like this, what is the duration?

So in short you may take something but you have to give back within 5 days of taking however you can give as much as you want but that doesnt mean you can bank those PIFs and take multiple items thereafter
