Has anyone dealt with this issue yet and come up with a full proof solution as I'm ready to run into a wall 😩

Have tried everything MS suggests in forcing it to work via regedit or group policy on the affected computers, then to try a full reinstall of office itself which worked for a week and then reverted back to the same issues all over again.

I am assuming its related to an update however there is nothing that's pushed through recent enough to be affecting outlook since the re installation thereof and office is definitely up to date as well.

For now I've setup a CC rule to ensure all sent mails reflect in some way back via the inbox but its not a full proof fix and the endless complaints of I have to now type out an email address are killing me....

Help lol

If I'm understanding your issue correctly.

This should solve your problems.

Hey man.

This def does fix the issue however only temporarily. For whatever reason outlook is toggling the 'save sent items' settings on and off randomly almost every time you shutdown and open outlook and its doing it to the addressing cache as well.

So you'll open outlook and the addressing shows only to then be gone along with recently sent items following suite some time later 🤷‍♂️

Having this across multiple clients now and all use different in house applications with no unknown apps installed along with a paid for anti v on all computers

Holy shit. So the actual sent emails are gone when you for instance close outlook and reopen it?

The older sent items all show up however any new mails being sent out don't reflect which in the case of an attorneys office is a big issue.

And this will toggle off and on randomly so one minute the sent items reflect and the next there's nada on what you've sent for the last 10 mails sort of thing
