Hi guys, looking for advice here.

My family and I are living in a small complex in Lyttelton Manor Centurion, with only 8 houses in it. But the issue is that this little complex is situated inside a residential block, with normal houses all around us. About a year ago the whole neighborhood got connected to the Fibre network (openserve) but the complex did not. One of their Fibre lines actually runs through our yard along a telephone pole, and it's the same in other parts of the complex, yet it seems no one wants to connect us to the network.

The problem is that trying to sort something with Openserve is futile. Is it actually necessary for them to trench into the complex from the street, or can we theoretically just be connected to the Fibre line which runs through our yard as well as elsewhere in the complex? At least half of the 8 units are interested in getting connected to Fibre as well, seeing as Adsl is pretty much useless.

Any advice? Maybe someone knows a contact whom can help here?
