online games wont work Help!!!!!!

Hey all i need help for the last week my pc completely doesn't wanna load or download online games example forza took forever to download after i do have a decent internet speed.after forza was done and i wanna go in forza it only shows the loading screen and Halo in just stuck on downloading i thought it was just the x box app i tried warzone does completely the same as forza i tried multiple formats reset and repaired the x box app still the same normall offline games work perfect

Have you tried contacting your ISP?

occasionally I get this issue and use a VPN connected to the US to download. once downloaded/loaded then i can use it without VPN. Doesn't happen all the time so not sure exactly what the issue is
