Noble Chair ICON PU - Issue - Thoughts - Evetech.

Hi All,

I purchased a Noble Chair ICON series from Evetech. It was delivered yesterday. However, to my dismay when trying to assemble it there seemed to be rust at the bottom?

I am at a bit of a loss with regards to it.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Also how severe would the issue be?

I have contacted Evetech and I am hoping they replace it soon.

I cannot believe I paid R6000 and that is what I unpack....

Also as a side note...are those metal rings supposed so be like that?
 
Stealthy let us know what they say.. I was looking at noble chairs because they looked way classier than the other gaming chairs, doubt I will be getting one if that's the level of quality
 
They say I need to bring it in to get a replacement. They won't give me back the R300 I paid on shipping though. Will give you some feedback when I get a new chair and let you know how that one is....
 
One word Evetech. They delivered a defective product, you shouldn’t have to pay delivery.

Not sure if you should waste energy fighting with them though. Just Dnt use them again.
 
Yea....I will hopefully get the chair replaced and I won't be using them again.
 
I bought 2 from them earlier this year. Went and collected myself so not sure about the delivery fee, but they were very helpful and I got to test the Chairs they use in the office before making up my mind.

I dint have any rust or issues with my chairs and both are still like the day I got them +- 5 months later.

Those metal clips are normal though.
 
Easiest way report te hello oeter uts the fastest way you get a response from evetech or was what i exoerienced...... Evetech has great prices and very helpfull but have nothing going for them in the return police department!

To Evetech's credit they replaced the chair. I had to drive to them though. They however didnt reimburse the R300 paid for shipping. Replacement chair doesn't seem to have any issues...so far so good.

They have good deals, but the "service" is crap.
