New thermal pads for 6800XT?

I'm looking to replace the thermal pads on my XFX 6800XT (opened it up to inspect the state and one ripped)
Anyone done this and what thiccness did you use?

You should be more specific, what model card and what thickness pads?

0.5mm, 1mm, and 1.5mm at a medium softness. More information about your specific card is needed to know exactly what thickness you'll need.

Sorry guys posted a bit quick
Its the XFX Merc 319 6800XT Black, not sure about pad thicknesses hence the question?
