Need help overclocking

I have a Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz
Motherboard is unknown and the BIOS is locked

if anybody can help me (i have tryed ClockGen and i cant find the PLL for that cpu)Please help me.

Listen Brody, go look around on Overclocking sites like Overclock.net etc.

PLL for that cpu

The PLL is on the motherboard, not CPU. Without knowing your exact board nobody will be able to help you. Open up CPU-Z and click on the Mainboard tab at the top.

yes u can just buy a mobo with a decent overclocking chipset like p45 or x48/38

It's an ECS board, it should allow for 5 to 10%? What do you mean by you CAN'T overclock it?

seems you dont need oc advice to me as when i asked you what clocks and everything you simply replied i dont know...
