Good day everyone.
I have a Viotek GN27DB gaming monitor that is having issues.
The monitor turns on and the backlight works but the pixels dont turn on/switch. The OSD doesnt display on the screen but when changing the screen profiles with the OSD, the backlight changes and what not depending on the profile.
I have taken it to partserve and they said they cant fix it as they dont have any way to get the official OE parts. But they wont tell me whats wrong or what part needs to be replaced.
Do you guy have any advice or know anyone who is able to help me out? Anything is appreciated.
