Support Need assistance with banned accounts

Good day

I was banned because I had 2 active accounts registered on Carbonite. I did not read the rules and I wasn't aware of the rule. The reason why I created a second account is simply because I do not have access to my primary email account anymore (it was used for work).

These are the email addresses:
juan@advcilliers.com (primary, I don't have access to this email anymore)
juan_cilliers@yahoo.com (I would like to use this email address/account/profile on carbonite)

I emailed support@carbonite.co.za with my issue (both accounts being banned) and got no response so I created a third account on carbonite with address being blueberrymuffin905@yahoo.com

This was also banned because it shares an IP with a banned address.
Please assist, I would like to continue using carbonite.
The email address/account/profile I prefer is juan_cilliers@yahoo.com
