MSI Graphics card being sent back

Good day,

Has anyone have to send a MSI gpu back and then after a week you get informed that the card is being sent to China, because they vant fix the card, if someone has had this happen to them, how long did it take for you to get a card back?

Where did you send the card back to? Are you the original owner? Due to shortages some suppliers tend to do this unfortunately.

I got the card from a friend, then sent it through another friend that works for a IT retail store to their MSI supplier to check out the card, because none of it's RGB worked, and then they replied today that this is going to be their course of action
