[Wanted] LTE USB Dongle so that I can play Warzone without packet loss PLS

I am so frustrated trying to play WZ and then seeing 20-60% packet loss. This is with fiber. I've been through the hoops with the isp and even changed router but it's a lost cause.
I've figured out by using my cellphone as a usb modem I have 0% packet loss. But using my cellphone as modem is n las, so I'd like to use a usb dongle with dedicated data sim.
I've had a few dongles but I threw/gave them all away and as luck would have it I now need one.
