nvm. I googled it.
You could probably get something new that would run it at the upper end of your budget.

Looks like something like a GT420 or GT620 or HD6450 would run it at your resolution. You should still be able to find some old stock somewhere of the GT420 in your price range, but I am sure here on Carbonite you will get a higher spec, pre-loved card for the same kind of money.
