We are looking for a Tier 1 / Field IT Technician. Your key accountability will be support on level 1 basis: end user troubleshooting, printers and user setups based on various clients sites. You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures.

Candidate must live in Pretoria. Elnatan was part of the 4-day work week trial running in South Africa from March 2023 till August 2023 and we successfully implemented it as a permanent benefit from September 2023.

Advance knowledge and troubleshooting skills in:

• Routers & Switches
• Networking knowledge
• Maintenance
• Remote desktop Support
• Office 365
• Wireless infrastructure
• VOIP (3CX Software)

Qualifications:

• A+ N+
• Matric
• Valid driver's license

Experience:

• 2 Years Support Desk
• 2 Years Hardware
