We need a new family member in the capacity of a Workshop Technician. You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures, focused on Microsoft systems. Your key accountabilities will be to provide IT support in the workshop to setup new laptops and desktops, troubleshoot and fault finding.

Knowledge and skills: Backup and reload op laptops Upgrade computer hardware and software Identify hardware and software issues Setup new computers for clients Do remote maintenance Log third party calls for faulty equipment Be efficient in Microsoft Qualifications: A+ N+ MSA Matric Driver’s license Experience: 2 Years workshop
