Laptop Screen Issue

Hi Guys,

I have a HP Omen 15 with some screen issues. About 1/3 of the screen goes black when booting up. After some wiggles and bends to the top half it sometimes comes back.

I'm 100% sure this is just a ribbon cable issue, question is where I can find a replacement and/or someone trustworthy that can replace it for a reasonable price?

How old is it? Is it under warranty?

Unfortunately, as always, issue started happening a month after warranty expired.
