Support I got banned for an accidental early bump

Hi there, I got a warning and points deducted for an early bump, that was my mistake I was confused as to what day it was, but when I bumped the following day, which was the actual 3 waiting day period, I got banned. I think I've accidentally bumped early twice now on my time with carb. Just wondering if it was an accident or do I get banned if I accidentally bump early in the future.
