Hyper V VM no network connection

I've been running a pi hole for months without issue, then suddenly no communication on the VM. No updates, no changes made whatsoever.

I've even tried to create a new VM from scratch with Debian 12, new virtual switch, static MAC, fucking around with the physical network switch settings. Nothing.

Note that my Home Assistant VM is using the current virtual switch without issue.

WTAF. Please help.
