Apologies, I took some time off for the last couple of days.
When an order is placed, the client gets a confirmation email that we have received it, we then process the order by checking stock levels, making sure the account details are correct for the invoice, etc.
After we process it, we then send you a mail with the banking details in order for you to make payment.
We don't operate on weekends so any order that gets placed over the weekend only gets processed on Monday.
We are also working on implementing different payment options to the website soon, we know EFT can be a hassle., just busy sorting out the business side of things to get it sorted.
