Hey Guys, Fiance got her Green card interview unexpectedly on the 7th of Jan after 10 years of waiting.

So I am going to downsize to an apartment and shes leaving for a year. We are selling everything because nothing we have will A) fit in an apartment properly B) be needed for a single person.
