Okay Re-Did my things as per the black screen but with resetting the BIOS to stock standard. and just putting ram at 3600mhz and no Black Screen or anything I did notice that OBS was taking alot of resources to stream so will turn that down a bit

Have you been able to plug the machine into the wall ?

That’s probably it.

You could also try cooling your RAM if it feels hot to the touch

Have you set your voltages to manual values?

Okay small update. After moving the power cable to a direct outlet, it never did it again, I also reseated each cable and took ram out and swapped them around it didn't do it again. I am assuming it was my multi plug that I had the PC plugged into. Possibly on its way out, how ever I no longer have the system I have sold the Mobo, Ram, CPU and cooler and the case and went for an upgrade kit from evetech 7600x kit which as far as now works so much faster, I just need that extra stick of ram.
