Help with Hdd setup

I'm having trouble setting up the drives in my new setup. I'm trying to boot from an ssd and also have 2x Hdds in raid 0 config. I've done everything but when I changed from ahci to raid in bios, I can't boot from ssd. Help?

Physical connections: Are they plugged into the correct SATA holes?
