At least it doesn't have that 1980's curly telephone wire cable.
Because gamers can be gullible
I missed out on SHP9500's by a day :'( PepeHands, was so keen for them
Yip. That's what made me change to "can be" instead "are" which would have included you in the statement...You read the rest of that post right?

Upgrade your Takstar Pro80s to Pro82s with the CM MH751. Zeos liked the 751/2 a lot more than the Alpha.
Yeah I have been wanting to try the 751's since I saw his reviews on them. But when there was a set of SHP's that had barely been used at all I really wanted to get a hold of them. Pity I missed them, wanted them since I could also connect a mic to them. Was looking in Presonus HD7's too but I need a mic and can't buy a standalone studio mic right now so need a integrated one.
To be fair... I didn't pay much attention to the technicalities of the post. Was coming from a general polish a turd and call it a gaming turd and gamers will pay extra for it. Like chairs, keyboards etc.No but I mean doesn't that change your mind? You are content with running into groundloop issues when not using the MMX 300 like a 990 people seem to think it is (in other words micless)?
You will love tubes dude. Everyone wants a DV.

might buy them on prime day depending on the discount,
have only read extremely good reviews
Oh damnit. I mixed up you and De_Stroyer. Nevermind.
I don't recall getting a memo that we are considering Beyerdynamics turds now though?
So does that also qualify the the Mobius as a turd?
Damn if I'd known I would have PMed you straight away. Saw the thread like 5 minutes after it was put up. Sorry man.
No not saying that... I haven't tried Beyers yet to can't comment. Will buy a set of 1990 when the 789 arrives. Was saying it would make sense if they used the the 990 drivers, add a mic and call it "gaming" and then add a premium/charge 1990 prices. The average gamer will never try the 1990 so they will get a couple of people that will buy them, more so if you add the people on youtube that are bribed into giving good reviews.
Which thread?
Does the groundloop issue even happen when all devices in the chain are plugged into the same wall socket ie not via multi-plugs and extensions? The thing to be aware of with a headset is you are limiting your dac/amp options severely. Because if mic and audio are cabled to separated devices from the same device you get groundloop noise, a lot of it.

Suddenly feels like everyone is talking at once over each other (Slow Friday at the office?)
Anyway. Remind me again under what circumstances one gets a ground loop in a mic/headphone setup?
I have a seperate headphone and microphone (which I use rarely, one of those zalman el budgetos) but have never had ground loop issues with microphone and headphones plugged into the seperate jacks on my pc.
Also, almost certain if one uses a USB DAC to headphone Amp, or heck even an optical input DAC to headphone Amp, and plugs microphone directly to PC there wouldn't be a ground loop.
Actually separated like that you can literally never get ground loop.
It's when line in and out feed back to the same device that you get the loop.
What type/size? Over-ear / on-ear/in-ear?Could anyone recommend wireless headphones in price range of R1500 with some links, looking for comfortable ones.
Ah, indeed, so how is one limited to using lower end headphone amps? Or did I miss something?
Not going to lie, I have no idea. I have been using these for the quite a while now, so I'm not sure what to go to next. What type/size? Over-ear / on-ear/in-ear?
Do you need the mic? Because that effectively keeps you out of the audiophile space if you want that wireless too, especially at that budget. Not going to lie, I have no idea. I have been using these for the quite a while now, so I'm not sure what to go to next.
