Morning Guys

Yesterday got home from work yesterday and put my Hauwei P20 lite down on the table and went on doing other things. Later I pick it up to make a call and it has the screen
Has anyone seen or experienced something like this before? Anybody that has an idea on how to fix this? Or should i just accept that its dead?

This is what I have done so far in an attempted rescue:
1) Press the power button as instructed on screen then a line shows up at the bottom saying that its booting but it gets stuck there for a bit, restarts and ends up at the same screen.
2) Press the volume+ key for 3 seconds as instructed on screen to enter recovery mode, but get the same result
3) Tried to wipe the phone by pressing power & volume+ key until logo shows up then but it gets stuck at the logo screen
4) Tried to boot into recovery mode by pressing power & volume+ key and then holding volume- key. This took me to a screen with the an android man logo and asked that I plug the phone into the USB port and open up Hisuite and select recovery mode (Maybe I should have taken a picture of this) So i did this but Hisuite says the model isnt supported. So i download and install a newer version of Hisuite and try again but get the same result. In Hisuite i go and check which models are supported for recovery and my phone model is not there. Out of all the different models out there, only 3 is listed.
5) I read somewhere that the phone needs to have more than 50% battery when attempting the things above. So I charged the phone for about 1.5 hour and tried all of this again and still get the same result
