-Has some scratches on the back panel and a small crack near the volume button I've included pictures
-Battery lasts +-3 hours and a half while playing 3DS games, +-5 while playing DS or older games
-It comes with a tempered glass screen protector on the top screen, and a plastic film screen protector on the bottom screen, this doesn't affect the screen sensitivity and the stylus will still work just fine
-Includes charger and carry pouch, CFW is installed
