And I agree wholeheartedly that things like this should be keenly observed to ensure the safety of all members. However, not all things like this are scams.

Also, what was uncalled for was a public thread which was made before I was contacted in any way or form by an authoritative member of the forum to provide some more information. My behavior on this forum has in no way led anyone to believe that I am not willing to provide information or take part in dealing with any situation, but I was treated as such.

If I wanted to bitch, I would have.

Wow. As always on the internet the charge, investigation and judgement has been concluded by parties who do not have all of the needed information.

So the bottom line is this - I have had several similar deals, as I have a few contracts on my name which upgrade at different times. Interesting to see that despite my sales ALWAYS being upfront, professional and characterized by good communication, some people are unhappy. I invite anyone of the affected members to explain in detail to me where you did not receive your phone or your money. I don't think the circumstances regarding each deal has much to do with anyone except me and the person I am dealing with. Again, in each and every situation I handled the deal with clear communication, transparency and positive outcomes, despite me battling hectic financial and personal difficulties. (Which was always communicated clearly but never used as an excuse to harm anyone).

"Doesn't change the fact" - That looks more like an assumption. But fair enough, you decide what you want to believe with the information available to you, I am not stopping you. Don't you think if another deal fell through at the same time as yours it is actually because the circumstances affected both deals I was involved in at the time?

Also, you have no information to conclude from the frequency or success rate of deals that I do.

What all of the parties are forgetting to mention is the fact that they decided with open eyes to proceed with the deal as the conditions and time frames were laid out to them before any money changed hands.

I am not sure what you want me to say about the circumstances of each individual deal - if you choose to believe I lie about every deal just to borrow money, that is your choice. I am not here to provide anyone with proof of what has happened with the individual deals I have had. Each deal had a set of circumstances which forced me to handle it in a certain way. This was always transparent and verifiable by the person I was dealing with at the time.

Easy to chime in here in a thread, but none of the members expressed any concern or required any further proof of what went wrong, which I would have happily and easily provided to the individual in question.

So in conclusion:

1. High iTrader over a long period of time.
2. Clear communication and upfront, transparent arrangements.
3. No harm done to any member, except perhaps their time being wasted. (Which they were aware of before engaging in the deal).
4. Other members confirming they are happy with deals we have done, and where they received more than they bargained for.

My apologies to any member who feels unfairly treated by me, as well as to the people who try their best to see patterns and make accusations, as I think you need to spend some more time offline in the real world. Take that as you will.

In my opinion, @JPixel might be a great guy, just like Obi/bullet/clint etc... but just like them, they had unfortunate circumstances and expenses which caused great difficulty upon them, which led them in turn to forget that the people on this forum are humans and also have their own expenses and responsibilities and we are not just your personal banks.

You advertised 1 phone at a ridiculous price so that many people would get excited, sold '1 phone' it to many, thereby earning the money you needed to fulfill whatever expenses you had. Eventually you gave the 1 phone to a buyer of your choice and left the others waiting months to get their refund. You then used what might have been a genuine very sad excuse, leaving it difficult on the buyers to complain.

In my opinion again, you are running a sort of ponzi scheme, in an extremely professional manner that the people being scammed dont even know that they've been scammed. He also always adds a bit extra into the refund to make you feel better. And you've been doing this for years.

In Feb 2016 you had butter fingers and dropped the phone you were packaging and gave me a refund. In August 2017 you advertised a s8 if im not mistaken, sold it to me, my cousin anno28 on this forum and i dont know who else..anno28 got his phone, i was told you had more contracts available so i could take more phones, eventually i ordered 3 at a total of R18000. You then had to apparently cancel all your contracts as it was not feasible to renew them, although you renewed the one for anno28.. Can you prove that you cancelled the 3 contracts where phones that were due to me? Did these contracts all exist?

According to my cousin you also sold him a phone at a later stage and eventually refunded although he cannot find the proof as it was done via whatsapp many moons ago...

Im sure if we look into it, and as we see from this thread, we will find a good few others.. And while we got our refunds (which is why we didnt make a fuss about it in the first place), we were still used for your own benefit, to pay for your own expenses and not because you made a mistake.

For the last time, in my opinion, before you turn into obi or bullet, you should be banned.

I invite you to prove at what stage I had more than one such a deal based off one phone only. You also seem to accuse me of lowering the price to "bait" people. As was clearly stated in each and every sale, the lower price is because I need the buyer to be patient with time. So it seems you are cross for willingly entering into a certain agreement.

Be careful of the word scam. Who has been scammed? And you are literally describing the extra mile I walked to make a buyer happy after the phone fell through, and at least compensate them in some way for their time. Yes, I have been on Carbonite for years. With over 57 successful deals where I decided for some strange reason not to scam those 57 people.

Again, your choice then to engage in a deal with me for a second time. Again, you are assuming I sold the same phone to more than one person. My deal with him had nothing to do with the deal I had with you. It was not the same phone nor the same agreement. Yes, I can prove it.

1. Those guys had higher itraders than you, yet they scammed plenty people.. itrader gives you an indication, but it certainly doesnt make you a saint because you have a good itrader...
2. I was being sarcastic but let me explain anyway.. yes great communication at how you cant hold up to your end of the deal. It was fine you once.. but to do it to different people for years...
3. my choice was to wait 2 months for 3 phones, not 4 months to get my money back. i stressed my unhappiness in the whatsapp messages to you.

please prove it then, you can attach files right here.. prove you had the 3 contracts you offered me and then cancelled them.. prove all the accusations against here are false, prove that all the great excuses you've used, are all true...so you can clear your good 59 itrader name.

Scam might be the wrong word, but i really dont know the right word to describe a loan scheme so brilliant, the loaners dont know they've been had, there was no crime committed, the excuses were too brilliant to question, everybody got there money back and some, so who the fuck can complain about anything..
