Hi there,

I am currently in the process of rma ing my zotac rtx 2080 because of a fan going bad (making horrible clicking noise as if the bearing or something is not right) but my problem is that it sometimes doesn't do it and sometimes does, very on and off. What I am worried about is that wootware will come back to me saying the gpu is perfectly fine and that they cant replicate the issue. I have about 3 videos on different days of the gpu making the noise. Msi Afterburner even registers that the one fan is spinning 300 rpm slower than the other identical fan when both fans are spinning at 100%. Also when I spin the fan with my finger it spins a lot less than the other fan, there is something clearly wrong with the fan. If you were wondering, the gpu has some dust on it but a very little.

My question is:
What do I do if they say they cannot replicate the issue?

Any advise is welcome.

Thank you in advanced :)
