Considering switching to a windows laptop.
Looking for anything better than an 1135g7 cpu (my friend tested his and it performs the same as my m1).
My main concern is whether my music software might perform better with windows vs apple silicon, but also concerned about windows laptops having inferior build quality/durability with the hardware compared to mac.
I would like to test my music production software, Bitwig Studio, on the laptop before I consider trading (their demo is on the site and perfectly safe, would just install the demo and do a test). If anyone is keen to even let me just come and test without trading, it'd be a huge help to see how my software performs on various windows laptops. Especially keen to try out a touch screen if anyone is willing.
